PAO R.F.C are affiliated to Plymouth Albion RFC, The Plymouth & District Combination, The Devon R.F.U and The English R.F.U

We are a friendly club who consider the off pitch antics to be as important as the playing of the game. We encourage a family atmosphere at our clubhouse and like to make rugby accessible to all.

Our club is constantly growing and new members are always welcomed. Our aim for the Youth section is to create a friendly, fun and safe environment for players to develop. 

We currently have teams, from under 7's to under 16's sides.

We also run a colts side which was started in 2009.

Our Junior section was awarded the Old Suttonian Cup in 2008 by the Referee's union as the most enjoyable and rewarding club to referee in Plymouth
